Quem deseja emagrecer quer saber exatamente quanto gasta em determinada atividade e quanto consome em determinada refei\u00e7\u00e3o. Este c\u00e1lculo depende de muitos fatores. O gasto cal\u00f3rico dos exerc\u00edcios varia de pessoa para pessoa, dependendo do metabolismo de cada uma delas (da gen\u00e9tica e do biotipo), do tempo e da intensidade do exerc\u00edcio.
